OFFERED HERE IS A NEW  40 VEOL  YAMAHA TWO stroke, outboard motor, Electric start, Remote control, forward and neutral gears, LONG shaft with 25L fuel tank and line.  This NEW Motor comes with a 1 year warranty with all Yamaha dealers.  We are a main Yamaha Dealer and these are UK motors with the full UK warranty for commercial use 2 stroke engines.   

To purchase these motors you will have to sign to agree that you are a commercial user, you understand that it is not legal to purchase the motor if you are not, you also understand that there are restrictions on the future sale of the motor to non commercial users (ie that is not allowed)  We will require an order on letter head paper of the commercial user buying the engine.

WARRANTY:  All items we sell have a back to base warranty, to avoid confusion and to make this clear, this means that an item that fails whilst in use will be your responsibility and at your cost to return to us or take / return to the nearest dealer for the item.  This does not affect our obligations on returns re “Distance Seller” consumer law, what we are talking about here is an item that you have had for more than 17 days, that fails once you have got it and are using it.
