§To upgrade trade in your existing iPhone and your loan will be closed out and any remaining trade in value is credited to your new iPhone, if the trade-in value of your device is less than the outstanding value of your loan, you will need to make up the remainder of the payment when you purchase. Or if you decide to apply the whole trade-in value to lower the cost of your new iPhone, you will be responsible for closing your existing loan.
